Starting October 10th, I will have a permanent indoor location at Smor Nordic Bakeri (every Saturday 9a-12p)
Thursday orders will be picked up from 10a-2p and Saturday orders will be picked up 9a-12p at Smor Bakery (1001 Trevillian Way, 40213)
FRIDAYS- address is emailed to you after order is placed.
Sundays: Rainbow Blossom grocery (market is outside) 12p-2p

Everything is made without peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame, pea protein, and honey. Coconut is used in some recipes. Everything (in this online store and at all of my markets/pop-ups) is made in a home kitchen on dedicated equipment in a dedicated space. There is dairy in the home in a separate area. No home utensils, equipment, or ovens are shared with bakery utensils, equipment, or ovens.
I spend (almost) every Saturday at Smor Nordic Bakeri, year round. I am at MOST of the Rainbow Blossom (ST Matthews) Sunday markets (12p-sellout). Sometimes those are cancelled due to my inability to produce enough baked goods/heat/etc. You can find the full schedule at www.anniemaybakes.com
